With the development of transmission technology, the requirement of transmission test technology is higher and higher, the existing static or quasi-static test rig can not meet the demand of modern transmission development.Current transmission dynamic simulation key technology by foreign monopoly, high price and technology blockade severely limited the development of the domestic transmission dynamic test technique.Domestic research on dynamic simulation test of transmission more focused on electrical inertia simulation and control method, the dynamic characteristics of transmission test-bed ontology research is less, lack of a analysis method to the dynamic characteristics of gearbox test rig.Therefore, the dynamic model of transmission dynamic test bed is presented in this paper, simulated analysis the test-bed torque and speed response characteristics, and had on the experimental verification.This paper put forward the dynamic test bed of transmission method for analyzing the dynamic response,provide theoretical guidance for design and exploitation of the dynamic test-bed of transmission.Firstly,this paper put forward the overall design of the dynamic test bed of transmission,determine the structure,arrangement,selection and measurement and control system plan. Introduce the concept of equivalent stiffness and equivalent damping for the linearization of the dynamic test bed of transmission.Sets up a dynamic test drive unit and the load transmission unit dynamic model.According to d’alembert’s principle,combined with the transmission model and Laplace transform,established the dynamic test bed complete mathematical model.Secondly,according to the test bench dynamic model and transfer function,established test calculation analysis model by using MATLAB/Simuinlk module.Considering the coupling is one of the biggest impact on the dynamic response characteristic of test bed,built the stiffness measurement test rig to measure static and dynamic stiffness of coupling,Established a test-bed torque speed response characteristic evaluation method.Finally,set the transmission dynamic test bed to test and verify the correctness of analysis method,get the bench test of torque, rotational speed response curve.Bench test of the proceeds of the test bench and simulation curve fits in dynamic response curve, prove that the proposed transmission test-bed dynamic characteristic analysis method is feasible.
