Resources Allocation And Scheduling Of Distribution Network Restoration Based On Tasks

Distribution network restoration, as an important part of the management of the distribution system, appeal more and more people’s attention because of the directly affect on the quality of power supply stability and reliability and further impact on the user satisfaction of power supply enterprises.The traditional mode of distribution network restoration is mainly rely on commander’s experience and incomplete repair information of tasks, but the bigger size of the distribution network today highlight its limitations gradually. In order to change the status of irrational resource allocation inefficient repair caused by traditional repair mode, the intelligent distribution network repair mode based on multiple information systems will become a trend.Based on relevant literatures, this paper studies on the problem of emergency supplies allocation and tasks scheduling of distribution network restoration under the limitation of resources. Firstly, give a comprehensive analysis of the existing traditional mode of distribution network repair and its problem, the workflow of intelligent mode of distribution network repair and its prospects, then introduce the core idea and basic theory of the resource constrained project scheduling problem. Secondly, according to the scale of power failure, the subjects of distribution network repair studied on can be divided into two categories:one is under the normal conditions with less power failures, more repair time, limited and unchanged resources; the other one is the emergency situation with more power failures, less repair time, limited but can be replenished resources. Then, for normal cases, I analyze the characteristics of repair tasks of distribution network and the constraints such as relationship of network, amount of resources, distance of restrictions, establish a emergency supplies allocation and tasks scheduling model of distribution network restoration in normal condition, combined with the theory of resource-constrained project scheduling and serial schedule generation scheme, I develop a distribution network serial schedule generation scheme in line with the actual situation of distribution network to generate a supplies allocation and tasks scheduling program. After that, on the basis of the previous study, for the situation of large-scale power failure, considering the effect of using of emergency power vehicles, a two-step method for solving this problem is proposed. Finally, the proposed distribution network repair serial schedule generation scheme combines with the SA algorithm to search for the best repair supplies allocation and tasks scheduling program which meet established goals, and verified the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm through numerical example.
