When the power system is out of power,the reasonable and orderly restoration of the power grid is of great significance to reduce economic losses and stabilize social order.Substations rely on emergency resources for temporary power supply after power failure.DC battery can support the short-term electricity in the substation station after the power failure until the substation is restored by black start power supply,but its discharge time is limited,if the power failure range is large,it may not be able to ensure that all substations are restored.The emergency generator can provide power supply guarantee for the station equipment after the complete consumption of the station electricity,which has a strong flexibility.Combined with the grid node connection and traffic constraints,the dispatching sequence of the emergency generator and the operation and maintenance personnel can be reasonably optimized,which can effectively promote the recovery process of the system.Based on this,this paper proposes a power system restoration scheme considering the emergency resource constraint of substation.A unit recovery optimization model based on discrete Wolf algorithm is established to optimize the sequence and path of unit recovery.In the time limit of battery discharge,reactive power,time and other constraints are considered to restore the unit with large capacity first,and the discrete Wolf algorithm is used to solve the model.The results show that the model has good convergence and practicability,and can restore power system efficiently in limited time.This paper studied the optimal configuration of emergency generator,and established the optimal configuration model of emergency generator considering the configuration,maintenance cost and power failure recovery.The discrete binary particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm is used to obtain the number and location of the emergency generator.Finally,the configured emergency generator is used to provide emergency power to the power station power system of the substation,and the emergency recovery path of the generator is made according to the distribution of the generator and the traffic connection and congestion.The important nodes were identified based on Laplace spectrum,priority was given to the recovery of important nodes,and the power system was restored at the fastest speed.The improved discrete monkey group algorithm is used to optimize the recovery path of the generator.
