With the continuously construction and development of power grid, as the standard format of graphic interaction in dispatching automation system, SVG plays significant role in the aspect of display. An analytical tool of SVG file can meet different requirements of advance applications in dispatching automation system.The main works of this dissertation are as follows:(1) Research on the SVG file’s contentStudy the characteristics of SVG file’content based on XML structure and text feature, finish the data import and analysis, according to the initial result of data analysis, obtain the basic composition of grid, design the custom primitive and property.(2) Intelligent analysis and inspection on SVG dataSummarize different kinds of errors in SVG files which have been analyzed. Research different kinds of check method of different errors. Find the lost data,then accomplish the identification and check of data errors, finally check the CIM model with the information after analysis. Set the white list which comfort to the graphic’s rules, finish the data checking.(3) According to the SVG information of partial network, study the automatic generation strategy of power grid diagram.Study the linked information of SVG file, adopt the automatic generation of power grid diagram based on grouped-primitives, accomplish the layout through designing the data model and using the optimal algorithm.(4) Programing based on the VC2010Quote the partial electric network model of HeGang, design and achieve the analytical tool of SVG file orient to advanced application in HeGang fault diagnosis system.
