National-provincial Highway Of Qingdao Repair Large And Medium-sized Project Research Of Engineering Change Management

The thesis is presented an analysis of Qingdao national-provincialhighway engineering change to investigate the rule of the engineering changeand impact in order to provide a useful advisory for management of the similarengineering change. At present, it has some management documents forengineering change for the side of manage and control of the Qingdao arealarge and medium-sized project engineering change management. However,the downsides of these documents are clearly visible, such as themanagement scope is too large, maneuverability and pertinence is not strong.These disadvantages lead to the Qingdao region large and medium-sizednational-provincial highway project engineering change management leveland efficiency generally is low and the management of project goals cannot beachieved smoothly.This work describes the present situation of provincial highway217largeand medium-sized project, engineering change, and so on. It analyzes the ruleof provincial highway217the way large and medium-sized national-provincialhighway engineering change and the regularity of engineering change inQingdao area large and medium-sized of project construction in recent years.It also analyzes of the engineering change on safety, energy saving,environmental protection, low carbon, sustainable development and otherproblems. The work also predicts the Qingdao area large and medium-sizednational-provincial highway project changes may happen in the future. Theproposal of the Qingdao region large and medium-sized national-provincialhighway project engineering change management and control is given also.This work provides a reference for similar engineering managementchange, at the same time, may give some references for the prediction ofpossible changes.
