Metro construction project has the special geographical position, scale,investment, more closely with the surrounding environment and long constructionperiod, etc, so as to determine the uncertainty of metro engineering, poor safetyperformance and various types of accidents may be caused. Once the metro safetyaccidents occurred, the consequences always tend to be group die and injury, whichcauses serious social influence public opinion. As the full swing of Qingdao metroengineering construction, it is very important to improve the recognition, analysis andcontrol of the metro security risk factors.Based on the theory of risk management system, All the parts of the riskassessment and control of Qingdao tunnel construction process are studied in detail,including the following aspects: The first, the metro risk management research statusat home and abroad were reviewed, and putting forward the main research contentsand the corresponding technical route in this paper. The second, the article detailedrisk management theory system and the basic flow of risk management, including riskidentification, risk assessment and risk response, to provide theoretical support for theresearch of Qingdao metro risk. The third, in combination with Qingdao metro lineM3double hill station~paul station tunnel construction characteristics, the article putforward the risk identification method of work breakdown structure method incombination with engineering risk decomposition method, to identify and summarythe main risk factors of metro tunnel construction. The forth, the article used theanalytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics theory, and combined with theexpert experience, to quantify the subway tunnel construction risk factors, andestablished the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system. The fifth, according to thefuzzy membership degree, the article established risk evaluation matrix R=P*C, evaluated risk grade and risk distribution condition for metro tunnel interval riskfactors, and put forward the corresponding measures of risk response.
