This article starting from solving practical engineering problems, At the request of Hunan xin xiang ye Machinery equipment limited company In view of the problems of the SPZ5Horizontal Refuse Compactor,We analyzed and the local structure redesign. The major work may be summarized as the follows:1、For the problems of SPZ5horizontal refuse compactor, we visited the relevant transfer stations and consulted the company’s after-sales maintenance personnel related, Subsequently, We analyzed the problems and propose solutions.2、For the problems of the shovel cylinder leaking hydraulic oil and drumming stomach, the shovel cylinder was redesigned and checked the stability on the basis of the pushing mechanism thrust requirements.3、In engineering, when the piston rod slenderness ratio≥15, the cylinder stability must be checked. Based on the stability analysis for shoveling cylinder which is a multi-stage hydraulic ram cylinder, according to the deflection curve equations and boundary conditions, the recursive formula for the stability of the multi-level bar was calculated.4、In this paper, with the reading of the domestic cylinder processing and understanding the internship company’s processing capacity, a suitable process route for the cylinder machining of the company was worked out and applied.5、By determining the trash physical model in bins, the shovel force is analyzed using FEM and the cylinder mount position is re-determined.6、With Solidworks software to establish the shoveling and shoveling fuel tank cylinder’s three-dimensional model and finite element analysis was carried out to obtain the displacement distribution, with the result consistent with the reality of shoveling deformation. At the same time, enhancing and improving the stress concentration of the structure.
