| Since the 1990s, lots of high-grade pavements, especially flexible pavements, have been constructed in our country, which results in lake of bitumen and aggregate. Meanwhile, many flexible pavements have become old and need repair. Old asphalt mixtures need large field for piling and are disposed hardly. If disposed incorrectly, they will pollute soil and water source. So, in order to save the sources and protect environment, it is important to develop recycling old flexible pavements in our country now.It is a new topic on the recycling of asphalt mixture presently in China. Our country once had conducted the low grade bituminous pavement regeneration use research in the 80s, the bituminous mixture regeneration key was the asphalt regenerant development, this article in inherits the original partial achievements in the foundation, embarks from the current domestic and foreign research present situation, has carried on the development to the YT asphalt regenerant.Through the mechanism's analysis to the asphalt aging and regenerate's rule, I have verified the asphalt regeneration scientific way. And take this as the basis, with the aid of the orthogonal experimental technique, I have developped the YT regenerant, and carried on the infrared spectrum analysis, moreover, carried on physics and the road to its reaction mechanism uses the performance the confirmation.Through the infrared spectrum analysis which responded to the YT regenerant and the aged asphalt, we may know that the response of the YT regenerant and the aged asphalt is not only a physical well distributed function, but also is a chemical reaction, from this, it improved aged asphalt's nature. This article has also carried on the YT asphalt regenerant with other three kind of asphalt regenerant the physical property contrastive analysis and the road with the performance confirmation, the massive experiments proved that the YT regenerant can restore the aged asphalt the performance, and the performance of low temperature cohesiveness surpasses other three kind of regenerants. |
