Then, combining the traditional line-function system construction organization and matrix system construction organization, a new type of construction organization structure model is designed; the contents and steps of the general construction organizing deployment, and the elements, procedures and method of the construction organizing design audit are put forward. Finally, combined with the actual situation of a section of highway in Nantong city, the scientific and effective implementation of construction organization design, quality assurance system, safety assurance system, environmental assurance system and temporary traffic organization scheme are produced. And it also introduces the concrete construction scheme aided engineering and structural engineering corresponding parts, thus effectively guiding the smoothly implementation of the project. The quality and process can be well controlled. Research results which is to improve the similar project construction organization can play an important guiding role.
