Then the Self-organizing System indicates that at the condition of Self-organizing being finished the management of engineering selecting high quality of at the aspect of quality of building engineering may finish evolvement from the out-of-order to the in-order by Self-organizing when the old method of selecting high quality about quality of building engineering is replaced with the new one.
