Waste rubber is a polymer chemistry material, the burning of the poisonous andharmful substances will not only pollute the environment, also harm people’s health, andstacked and landfill can take up such a large amount of waste rubber is not only and ahuge waste of land resources, but also damage the ecological environment around,affect the growth of vegetation, cause serious vicious cycle. Therefore, to turn thesescrap tire rubber powder and used in modified asphalt road construction, not only theproduction of waste reduction, realize effective recycling of resources, but also canreduce a large number of waste tires impact of the severe environmental and safety. Atthe same time, itself has excellent road performance of rubber asphalt in urban road canget good use in old road reconstruction. In this article, therefore, different mesh anddifferent dosage of rubber powder on the basis of the research of rubber asphaltperformance index determination, the rubber on the optimum proportion of asphalt andrubber asphalt mixture of high temperature stability and water stability, and appliedresearch results to rubber asphalt in urban road construction technology and qualitycontrol in the process of reform.According to the research results at home and abroad, with different mesh anddosage of rubber powder preparation of12kinds of rubber asphalt, asphalt performancetesting in accordance with the specification requirements of the test method, analysis ofdifferent mesh and powder preparation of different proportion of rubber powdermodified asphalt performance change rule. Choose two have difference degree of SMA-13gradation curve comparison, according to the selected grading curve, with12different mesh and dosage of rubber asphalt mixing mixture of raw materials, accordingto Marshall test method to determine the24types on the optimum proportion of mixture,the analysis of gradation curve thickness on the influence of rubber asphalt mixture. Todetermine the24kinds of mixture according to the optimum proportion moldingspecimens, the rubber powder with different mesh and different dosage of rubberpowder modified asphalt mixture rutting and water damage resistance of the influenceof the road. The results show that the rubber asphalt SMA has excellent hightemperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and fatigue characteristics, but slightly lower water stability. Finally combined with the fuzhou WuSiLu roadreconstruction project, the rubber asphalt concrete construction technology and qualitycontrol.
