With the large-scale highway construction in China, the account of RAP (recycle asphalt pavement) is very large because of the re-build program. In this article, we try analyze and summarize the WMA (Warm Mixture Asphalt) and recycling technology which used in the world currently and find out the disadvantage; Then, considering actual situation of recycle technology used in our country, we choose warm central plant recycling as research aim, research on how to appraisal and analyze the reclaim, smash, separation, stack of the RAP and provide the optimization plan based on the theory and practice. After that, we confirmed the dissolves degree during the mix up process of the old asphalt with the aggregate and the new asphalt, suggest use surface active agent DAT to increase penetration and lower viscosity, these will be helpful to the warm central plant recycling.We also analyze and examine the character indicator of warm-mix technology of recycling asphalt mixture, and according to the former experience we suggest adjust the proportion between asphalt and DAT to10:1, and we could also take advantage more RAP compare with traditional method. According to our study, the percentage of RAP could be35%and33%for AC20and AC25, and the mixture character is satisfies the request no matter after the short-term or the long-term aging. At last, we calculate the cost and the waste gas discharge, find the biggest merit of the warm central plant recycling technology is its large economic benefit and social benefit compare to the former recycling technology.The performance of road use is also consideration. On high-temperature performance, dynamic stability of AC20warm-mix technology of recycling asphalt mixture could be90%of the normal ones; Compare to the normal mixtures, water stability and fatigue character are similar for AC20and AC25. On test section, the test results of grade, oilstone ratio, compactness and exterior appearance are all satisfied.
