| Loading test is a very practical science and technology, the content of which involve the design and construction process includes structure, with strong comprehensive, application and complexity. The new structure for the load test is a scientific test. Cable-stayed bridge has its own advantages widely promote the development of modern cable-stayed span of growing. In this paper, loading field test of cable-stayed bridge are studied based on Xiazhang long-span cable-stayed bridge in North Branch.In this paper, methods about static and dynamic load tests are summarized, and the development of the finite element method structural analysis and field test solutions are studied. Considering of Xiazhang cable-stayed bridge in North Branch, the theory value of the bridge is got by the finite element analysis of the bridge, and the bridge static load, dynamic load test program is planned. The loading test case, static and dynamic load test program, deflection measurement points have been systemically studied.Under the condition of the load test, and the theoretical values are compared to the observed deformation condition of the test control section, the actual bearing capacity of structure is evaluated by the calculation of calibration coefficient in order to determine the structure to meet the bearing capacity requirements. Meanwhile on the bridge structure are experienced the moving test load, brakes, jumping test, and then the data is analyzesed to determine the actual impact coefficient values of the bridge with the theoretical design of the comparison. Make recommendations based on the measured value of the custody department. The finite element model of Xiazhang Bridge is established by Midas/Civil and modal analysis theory, the theory mode shapes and frequencies are compared with the measured modal parameters.Through the analysis of load test results, to assess the working conditions of the bridge, the bridge showed normal working condition to meet design requirements. Xiamen-Zhangzhou Bridge combined static and dynamic characteristics of long-span cable-stayed bridge were summarized on the Xiamen-Zhangzhou Bridge load test summary and recommendations for improvement. Provide a reference for the design and testing work load of other long-span cable bridge through trials accumulated initial data. |
