Solving the “parking difficult†and otherproblems are extremely urgent, so the relevant departments have also begun to studyurban parking planning. However, to do a good job in a city’s parking planning, willhave to be on a city’s parking demand for accurate predictions.Cluster city use dispersive spatial structure, split traffic flow to each clusters,which from the source changed urban morphology and internal interaction compare toother cities, resulting in groups inside and outside the trip distribution characteristics ofthe change. Parking demand is the result of traffic traveling, therefore, the parkingdemand will change too.This article from the perspective of cluster spatial structure, on the basis ofanalyzing the influencing factors of parking demand forecast, In combination withgroup urban morphology, density, function layout etc spatial structure characteristics tothe influence of the parking demand distribution, exploring and establishing a groupcity parking demand forecasting model based on location advantage, and provide atheoretical support and technical guidance for the parking demand forecasting of thecluster city. Mainly includes the following parts:First, a systematic review and summarize the related concepts, the formationmechanism and spatial structure characteristics, and deeply analysis the trafficcharacteristics of cluster city, On the basis of that, based on the survey data ofChongqing urban city, expounds and summarizes the parking demand characteristics ofthe cluster city.Next, the influence factors of parking demand are analyzed in detail. From theperspective of traffic trip, and combined with resident trip survey data of Chongqingcity, summarizes and analyzes the spatial structure to the influence of the parkingdemand distribution. Later, it has carried on the induction summary to the commonlyused parking demand forecasting methods, and comparative analysis of all kinds ofmethods adaptability and their advantages and disadvantages, and analysis the adaptability of models to each cluster cities.Finally, based on the analysis of the existing location theory models, establishing alocation advantage model of traffic advantages (convenient traffic degree, road gradestructure, road service level) and comprehensive advantage (land development andutilization intensity, job and live matching degree, supporting facilities perfect degree)as quantitative index. And then based on the parking generation rate model, usingdifferent optimization factors to optimize different types of land’s parking demandrespectively, establishing a cluster city’s parking demand forecasting optimizationmodel based on location advantage. Which introduction the growth rate of motorvehicle to optimize the residential land’s parking demand; which introduction locationadvantage to quantify the spatial structure to the influence of commercial finance andother types land’s parking demand. And parking survey data and related data ofplanning of Chongqing city are applied to parameter calibration and application foroptimization model, verification the practicality and rationality of the optimizationmodel. |
