Objectives integrated management of construction project is a focus of research in project management field for now, with the economic globalization and urbanization accelerated, the large-scale project becomes the dominant trend of society development. However, the majority researches of large-scale project’s objectives integrated management were limited to two or three mainly objectives (Quality, Cost, Schedule), and ignored several objectives which are high correlation and influence with them during the currently research. The complicated structure and complex function of large-scale project has required objective management strictly. Therefore, the paper chose Quality, Cost, Schedule and another topic named HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) to integrated management. For one side, it enriched the conception of large-scale project’s multi-objective management, for another side, it would accommodate the focus of research of large-scale project’s multi-objective integrated management. The paper firstly analysed integration and integrated management’s connotation and characteristics, then defined the conception of large-scale project’s multi-objective integrated management, simultaneously, analysed its feature and notice, which becomes the basic of following research. Secondly, it presented the principle and process of how to build system of evaluation, by which it determined the system of evaluation of large-scale project’s multi-objective integrated management, concluding Quality, Cost, Schedule, Health, Safety and Environment (which called sub-objective or the second objective), and acquired32the third objective (or executable objective) by disintegrating the sub-objective, in the meanwhile, the paper explained each executable objective. Thirdly, according to the foregoing theoretical foundation, by using RS (Rough Set) which reducts14redundant indicators (first reduction:8indicators, second reduction:6indicators); then by applying PCA (Principal Component Analysis) to reduce dimensions and obtain principle components, and building the evaluation model of large-scale project’s multi-objective integrated management, furthermore, it propose some thoughts and corresponding countermeasures. Finally, by taking an project case to study and testify the evaluation model and eventually achieved the result that was feasible and available, besides, it finished the countermeasure analysis of evaluation model.Through the conception of large-scale project’s multi-objective integrated management, system of evaluation, evaluation model and countermeasures analysis, the paper put forward a fairly delicate method of large-scale project’s multi-objective integrated management which enriched its content, besides, it benefited for the manager to proceed a general and integrated management on the whole and improved the competitiveness of objective management. Consequently, it’s of important theoretical and practical meaning to this study.
