| With the gradual acceleration of China's internationalization process,the scale of construction projects has become increasingly large and the project implementation process has become increasingly complex.For the Chinese construction sector,they lack a management information system for the project,especially for international joint venture projects.How to implement efficient project management under the multi-participation of the project to promote and guarantee the realization of the goal of the project is a new topic that China Construction Engineering Project Management currently faces.In this paper,the following aspects were mainly studied.(1)The status quo of information technology development in construction industry at home and abroad was introduced.The related concepts were defined,and the demand for construction engineering management informationization in China was analyzed.The insufficiency in the information management of large-scale international construction projects in China was pointed out;(2)The application content of large-scale international joint venture construction project management informationization was introduced,including the formulation of project charters,the formulation of project management plans,the guidance and management of project work,the monitoring of project work,the implementation of overall change control,and the conclusion of projects;and they were discussed separately;(3)In combination with the project management information system project engineering practice,the project information management was divided into submittal,transmittal,material substitution request,design change notice,construction change order request/proposal,fields report,cost report,SHEILSS report,project status report,organization database,internal email,etc.The processes between various project departments were established,and an information management management system was developed and applied. |
