With the rapid development of modern industry, double-beam bridge cranesbecome larger in lifting capacity, longer in span, and higher in reliability. The weightof the steel structure accounts for about over60%of that of the whole large-scaledouble-beam bridge crane, therefore, it is of great importance to optimize the designof the crane steel structure, so as to reduce the dead weight of the equipment on thepremise of meeting the requirements of the overall performance.Taking the3.2tons program-controlled double-beam bridge crane practicallyapplied in a winery as the research object, the author has realized the optimization ofthe steel structure of the double-beam bridge crane and the design of its interactivedisplay system by comprehensively using the finite element analysis technology,optimization technology, parametric modeling technology and virtual simulationtechnology. The main research content includes:1. Design of the crane steel structure: The overall design and the design of thegirder and end beam of the steel structure of the double-beam bridge crane have beencompleted based on the SolidWorks software and3D parametric modeling technology,according to the design requirements of enterprises and relevant crane designspecifications.2. Finite element analysis and optimization of the crane steel structure: Analysisof the strength, rigidity and frequency of the designed steel structure has been carriedout by using finite element analysis tools according to corresponding nationalstandards, so as to further optimize main parameters on the premise of meeting theoperating requirements, thus achieving optimal effects.3. Parametric design of the crane girder: Program design of the crane girder hasbeen performed using the C#programming language based on SolidWorks, throughwhich the3D model and engineering drawing of the corresponding girder can begenerated automatically by inputting relevant parameters, thus improving the designefficiency.4. Development of the crane interactive display system: A set of3D interactivevirtual display system for the crane operation has been developed for displaying mainfunctions of the crane.In this paper, modern design methods have been used for the performanceanalysis and structural optimization of the crane steel structure, which have provided an important reference basis for the design of this type of double-beam cranes,realized automatic design of the crane girder, and established the interactive displayplatform for the crane operation, thus providing technical support for the productpublicity of crane enterprises.
