Study On Optimization Of Construction Scheme For High-rising Building Based On New Engineering Concept

Abstract:The construction and completion of numerous engineering represent that China has moved to a brand new era—Engineering Era. In Engineering Era, the type of engineering projects burden arduous social responsibility and historical mission. They care for people, advocate technological innovation. They improve communication and work efficiency through technological innovation, while the principle of ensuring the harmonious development runs through the whole life cycle of the project. In short, the new era calls for new type of engineering project, furthermore calls for the new engineering concepts.High-rising building has the characters of high difficulty in technology, high difficulty in quality and high risk in safety et al. According to that, the design and optimization of construction scheme is of great importance to the success of high-rising building construction. However, currently, most of the research and practice about high-rising building focus on micro technological level, there is no study doing research about systematically optimize the construction scheme of high-rising building.In this background, this present paper summarized new engineering concept which is suitable for guiding the engineering practice through studying current advanced engineering concepts combined with the author’s rich experience in engineering field. New engineering concept is composed of human-based concept and efficiency-based concept.This present paper aims at systematically optimize the construction scheme of chimney construction project based on new engineering concept proposed by this paper. We follow two tracks to optimize the construction scheme, optimization of construction technology scheme and optimization of construction organization scheme. A case study was used to verify the method proposed by this paper. It is shown that the method for construction scheme optimization of high-rising building based on new engineering concept is sufficient to give practical and theoretical guidance to similar projects.
