The Study On The Economic Strategies Of Traditional Folk House In Banliang Village Of Southern Hunan

Abstract:The largest number of ancient buildings in China is Chinese traditional houses, Chinese traditional houses can effectively utilize space, able to adapt to the local climate and natural conditions. Research Chinese traditional houses eco-technology and experience to scientific extracted and used in the new era farm house design, building a better country for the living environment has great social value and economic value. Domestic Vernacular, for the experience of Chinese traditional houses eco-technology research has become a hot spot, but for the southern Hunan traditional houses research also slightly weak, mostly from auspicious symbols, such as the direction settlements research eco-technology perspective few studies. In this paper, traditional houses southern Hunan representatives-Banliang houses, for example, focuses on the traditional houses eco-design experience and scientific applications, trying to southern Hunan modern farm house design reference.This article first southern Hunan geographical and climatic condition and the status of traditional houses southern Hunan a brief introduction. On this basis, the article on the status of plate girder village settlements building the foundation for the current situation of research and chose an ancient building and a neighboring farm house with modern time for summer and winter indoor thermal environment tests. Test results show that plate girder village with ancient architecture indoor thermal environment is better than modern farm house, contains evidence of ancient buildings in the successful cco-technology experience, worthy of scientific extraction.In the test, based on articles from the site and the overall layout, single building design, construction and decoration design, security design and other four aspects summarized southern Hunan traditional houses eco-design measures and experiences, and propose these measures can be applied in southern Hunan modern farm house design. Finally, the article analyzes the southern Hunan modern farm house design situation and problem, a traditional Experience in the application of ecological barriers dwellings, and from the site selection and planning and design, single design, natural ventilation, natural lighting design and envelope design5summarizes the southern Hunan traditional residential areas of experience and scientific application of ecological principles and measures.
