Research Of Urban Waterfront Landscape Design From The View Of LID

As a comprehensive manifestation of the natural and cultural landscape in the city,the urban riverside green space is the area where the natural ecology of the urban environment should be preserved or restored,and It is the most eco-sensitive and the area most disturbed by human disturbance.It is one of the most ecological value spacein the city,but also the most prominent area with the contradiction between urban construction and environmental protection ofHowever,the destruction of the natural hydrological cycle of the river ecosystem in the urbanization process has led to its widespread "urban river syndrome",that is,the change of river form and hydrological situation,the decrease of ecological diversity and the stability of ecosystem.Based on the above,this study explores the design of urban riverbank green space under low impact development.This paper first elaborates the related concepts,values and functions of urban rivers and urban riverside green spaces,as well as the concepts and technical means of low impact development so as to achieve a more comprehensive understanding of the research contents.After that,the paper focus on the excellent case of both at home and abroad to research and summarize.Through the theoretical research and case analysis,the paper summarizes the principles and methods of urban riverbank green space design based on the low impact development concept,and applies it to the subsequent project planning and design.
