| Energy is a basic material security of a country ’s economic development, anddetermines the level of the economy. All along, fossil fuels including coal, oil, naturalgas dominant have been palying a dominant role. However, the primary energy willbe exhausted sooner or later and environmental problems arising from the use offossil fuels has become more severe. If we can’t develope new energy source, thecountry’s social and economic sustainable development will be restricted. Biomassenergy source which is clean will bring larger social benefits, and can effectivelyalleviate China’s energy supply problems. The analysis of the biomass power projectsof Guonengshangcai comprehensive evaluation not only can adapt to the idea ofscientific development concept, but can provide a reference for the evaluation of suchprojects.Collecting a large number of related materials, the article utilizes AHP and fuzzyevaluation method to build biomass power generation project evaluation systemon onthe basis of biomass technologies and comprehensive evaluation theory and drawscores to analyze the results of the evaluation.First, both theoretical biomass power generation technology and comprehensiveevaluation are introduced based on the study of domestic and foreign scholars, whichwill set foundation of the biomass power generation project evaluation. Secondly, the study describes the background of the project, and analyze the various aspects ofthe project preliminarily. Then, the article uses AHP and fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method to build a comprehensive evaluation model, sets thecomprehensive evaluation index system and describes the indicators described below.According to the characteristics of biomass power generation projects, comprehensive evaluation system of such projects includes four major impacts—technology, economy, society and environment. And then evaluates the specificbiomass pwoer generation project in accordance with comprehensive evaluationmodel. Finally, summarize and evaluate the conclusions, point out deficiencies existin the research process, and carry out future research directions. |
