With the rapid development of China’s power industry, energy shortage is becomingan urgent need to address the problem of our country. Whenever at the present or in thefuture it is gradually becoming the power industry of our country and the developmentbottleneck, the ecological environment pollution by coal and other traditional energycaused by the increasingly serious. How to develop and improve the environment andreduce pollution and utilization of clean energy is becoming one of the importantproblems in development of the power industry which China needs to solve. Biomass(biomass energy) as widely distributed, renewable, easy to use green energy, the effectivedevelopment and utilization in the power generation industry can bring a certaineconomic benefits at the same time and alleviate the current our country coal resourcesnervous, the grim situation of serious environmental pollution. Therefore, if the basis ofsustainable development of biomass power generation project comprehensive benefitevaluation, not only can adapt to the strategy of sustainable development in China, butalso the similar project can reference.By collecting a large number of relevant materials including theories of sustainabledevelopment and comprehensive benefit evaluation. The article to select evaluation indexof the economic results, ecological benefit evaluation index and social benefit evaluationindex to establish the comprehensive evaluation index system of the biomass projects.Using AHP and Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct the model ofcomprehensive benefit evaluation of biomass power generation project. By analyzingspecific project, Pizhou biomass power generation project,Finally, the article obtains thecomprehensive benefit result of China Pizhou biomass power generation project throughthe method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
