| With the development of intelligent primary equipments, on-line monitoring andsimulation technology, intelligent relay protection has become more and more mature.Power grid expanding, increasingly high degree of information technology and theuniversal application of the network technology have had a profound impact on theexisting power production technology. Intelligent power grid construction hasgradually become the trend. The intelligent substation as the basis of smart grid willrun through the entire process of smart grid construction.This paper based on220kV An Tuo substation intelligent reconstruction project,analyzes the background of intelligent substation technology and key technology,discusses the design principle of intelligent substation, illustrates the typicaltechnical characteristics and basic support of intelligent substation technology,including unconventional transformer, intelligent switching equipment, IEC61850standard, on-line monitoring, etc, combined with smart grid development objectivesand basic technical characteristics. We conclude that three aspects should beemphasized: intelligent primary equipment; information sharing; online monitoring.The substation will reach equipment information digitalization, functionintegration, compact structure, state inspection, operation and maintenance efficiencyafter the intelligent reconstruction.This intelligence reform will achieve the implementation of a digitaldemonstration, the construction of information integration platform, the intelligentoperation maintenance, the advanced application development, intelligent auxiliarysystem. The reform fully embodies the characteristics of intelligent substationinformatization, automation and interaction. |
