| With the social economic development and people’s living standards improving,causing the demand of electricity increasing, the electric industry has become theeconomic lifeline of the national economic development. Accompanied a sharpincrease in electricity, the grid scale should be expanding, especially wind power andsolar power new energy access, and the types of electrical equipment increase, thereasonable planning for layout and structure of the grid has become a hot research. Ifthe grid planning reasonable, not only can get a huge economic and social benefits,but also promote the orderly development of other related industries, on the contrary,it would be a waste of a lot of money, resources, and causing huge loss to otherrelated industries.Tianjin Binhai tourist area is an important part of Tianjin, Tianjin Municipalbuilding tourism’s major cities, the grid planning of tourist area is studied in thispaper. The planning objective is to the year of2030. In this paper, combining thetourist area of land using, regional positioning, planning and layout, the size of thepopulation, at the same time taking into account around available power, forecastingelectricity load in Binhai tourist areas, and on this basis, developing the power gridplanning. First, it using load density method, forecasting the space load, categoriesland load, sub-voltage level load of tourist area, and scattered islands electric heatingload, with average load density method checking the predicted results. Next, throughload moment method, determine the location of the220kV and110kV substation,analysis their capacity and Air Park35kV substation. Then, for the design grid plan,developing N-1checksum and short circuit current checksum, reactive powercompensation and voltage regulation, and estimate the investment. |
