Study On Power Grid Planning Of ZhengZhou ShangJie District

For reasonably power grid planning can gain not only huge social benefit,also obtain enormous economic benefits.Power grid planning goal is to seek the best investment decision-making,to ensure the long-term optimal development of the whole power system.Mastering the scientific methods and characteristics of power grid planning,completing the grid planning scientifically,improving the quality of power supply,the safe of power supply and the reliable,using funds reasonably and energy conservation and loss reduction,this is one of the focuses of the all decision makers.Therefore,study the problems of the power grid planning would get great practical worth.Power grid planning bases on load forecasting,the result of power load forecasting provides the necessary data for the regional power grid planning,the accuracy of the data will be directly about the quality of power grid planning.In this paper,power grid as the real object,firstly making a deep analysis to the socioeconomic status of this area,then using different methods to forecast power load,the load is forecasted in the planning period,and on this basis to do the study of power grid expansion planning.The main content is as follows:(1)The current scholars put forward to many kinds of power load forecasting methods.Comparing and analyzing them to fully understand the advantages and disadvantages of a variety of power load forecasting methods.On this basis,combination with the actual situation of power grid,some of the elastic coefficient methods are choosed.Such as,inheritance prediction method,divisions forecast method,regression analysis,and natural growth rate method for power load forecasting;Meanwhile chosing the most effective load forecasting methods,such as: regression analysis,partition prediction method and natural growth rate method.(2)Aim at the current main problems of power grid and the power sources,and combining with the guiding ideology and principle of power grid planning,grid power balancing was carried out.At the same time,according to the different voltage separation,analyzing the status power balancing.Finally it is concluded that the planning of power grid can meet the demand of electricity that the social and economic development need.(3)Combined with the results power of load balancing,the results of research for the existing main problems,the paper has made the comprehensive planning of this power grid,and lists the project of the construction during the planning period.At the same time electrical calculation is made in this paper,to check the scientific nature,rationality and reliability of the power grid which has been planed.(4)The planning of distribution network power grid of low voltage have been down in this paper,At the same time,the planning of grid planning been down too.Finally according to the need of the construction of the project,the investment has been analyzed for the financial feasibility.
