Study On The New Management Scheme For220kV Substation Project In Lingbao

This paper takes Lingbao220KV substation construction engineering supervisionscheme as the object of study. First, expounds the general situation of Lingbao220KVsubstation project, introduces the construction of meaning, characteristics of the project,the construction site general layout, and define the project scope; then, the paper focuseson the construction scheme of Lingbao220KV substation project, introduces theconstruction overall arrangement, construction process and the main constructionpreparation, in the final part of this chapter, focuses on the main process of engineeringproject and special construction method; secondly, the implementation of the newmanagement scheme for220KV substation engineering supervision of Lingbao analysis,key control, from the goal of the project and the construction schedule and quality targetsand control, safety and civilized construction measures and work plan, cost control thetarget and control measures were analyzed; the last part is conclusion, summarizing thetheoretical and practical significance.In this paper, science, reasonable of Lingbao220KV substation constructionmanagement plan of engineering supervision, conducive to the smooth implementationof the project and promote in the similar project, provides valuable experience andscientific, rational basis for future substation construction engineering supervisionmanagement.
