In the current social background of rapid development of China’s economy,quality management has gradually attracted wide and great attention from all walks of life.The electric power industry is an important industry directly related to China’s national economic development and even people’s daily life.It is of great significance to strengthen the construction project quality management of the electric power industry,to ensure people’s daily life and the safe development of the energy industry.Substation is the hub of the whole power grid,.The main function of substation is to carry on the voltage rise and fall,the electric energy distribution and so on.It has the significant influence on the power grid operation and enterprise development.Therefore,in the construction of substation projects,the quality management should be strengthened,a perfect quality management index system should be established,,and the quality management level of substation construction projects should be improved,so as to ensure the the stable operation of substation projects and the strong and reliable power grid.Through extensive literature review,the paper focuses on the research achievements of project quality management at home and abroad,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of various analysis methods.Starting with the basic concepts of substation project quality management,the paper summarizes the relevant theories of project quality management and takes them as the methodology of this study.In the paper,the whole process of 220 kV WanTai substation construction control is studied as empirical research object.Through the substation management system of quality planning,quality assurance and quality control aspects of comprehensive analysis,the project is comprehensively introduced and based on which the evaluation is conducted.Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to construct project quality management evaluation system,and fuzzy evaluation method is used to deepen build multi-dimensional evaluation model of project quality management.Through example evaluation,it can be seen that the quality management level of 220 kVWanTai substation project is in the middle and upperreaches,indicating that the project has good quality planning and a relatively complete quality management system,but there is still a large room for improvement and optimization.At the end of the paper,the project quality management problems are deeply analyzed and the corresponding measures are given.The research results of the paper contribute to carrying out the substation project smoothly according to the original construction plan and quality standards,and play a positive role in improving the project quality management ability.At the same time,as a demonstration sample,the research conclusions will be gradually extended to the quality management process of the whole 110 kV and 220 kV substation in YangZhong,which is of certain reference and guide significance for strengthening the substation project quality management and improving the project quality management level.
