With the development of socialist economy,the construction of power grid is playing a more and more important role.The continuous development of power grid construction projects promotes economic prosperity and the market system.It enhances the driving force for economic development.The construction of power grid not only serves as a pillar industry of the national economy,but also promotes the employment of the surplus agricultural labor force and improves the economic structure and the relationship between urban and rural areas.It solves some social contradictions and plays a social stabilizing role.The construction of the project is closely related to the quality of the project and the applicability of the project,and it also relates to the safety of life and property of the public.Strict control of every link is the key to ensure the quality of the whole project in the implementation of the project.Only in this way can the quality of the whole project be controlled.This paper is combined with the actual situation of current dam 220 kV power plant construction project based on the project quality management theory.According to the study of quality management theory,the project is analyzed in practice.This paper studies the related issues from the following aspects: background information,research methods,conclusions and significance of the research.Then,this paper analyzes the basic theories and methods of project quality management and the theory of project management development.Secondly,based on the new project of 220 kV substations,this paper briefly summarizes the power plant project and discusses the development of Bazhong regional power grid.Then,from the aspect of project quality management objectives and influencing factors,this paper discusses the current situation of 220 kV substation construction qualities of dam project management methods,and then sets out the current dam 220 kV substation construction project quality management plan,and analyzes the quality management plan content.Based on this,this paper puts forward the control strategy to ensure project quality management and project quality management.Finally,the probability of project quality management effectiveness is analyzed.This paper studies the new construction project of convection dam 220 kV substations,and it's hoping to provide some reference for the quality management of new construction project of power station in our country.
