In order to promote the suburb forest parks’ construction and development ofShanxi Province more scientifically, ecological, local-colors, user-friendly, harmonious andsustainable, this article has discovered the questions that the construction of suburb forestparks exist in the Shanxi Province，such as the tree species are very few, natural regenerationrate is low, the high rate of fire, landscape grade is not high. by taking the ways of investigatesof the parks’ spot and analyzing material of the other article, According to these problems Iput forward that should be paid attention to in the reconstructions of landscape plants in theaspects: the reconstructions of landscape plants should suit ecological conditions; localfunctional requirements and economic requirements should be in line with; landscapingshould reached a certain artistic requirements, especially landscape should changes withseasons; in order to highlight some of the plant landscape, we should construct some specialbotanical garden and recovery of a certain area of the zonal vegetation; at the same time weshould handle the coordination with relevant departments of forestry. Based on the theoreticalresearch of Xishan suburb Forest Park I did the plant landscape design，Through theanalysis on the features of the park, and then determine the function partition, and then withthe plant landscape planning and design of each functional area of the suit one’s measures tolocal conditions.
