The processing method for end face of upstream pumping mechanical seal is analyzed, and the optimum processing method for end face of upstream pumping mechanical seal is proposed, that is laser processing method. The assembly technology of upstream pumping mechanical seal is researched, and the assembly rules are formed.The test installation is optimized, and the performance verifying test of upstream pumping mechanical seal is carried out. The test results reveal that the sealing property of upstream pumping mechanical seal is better than the common mechanical seal.An application of upstream pumping mechanical seal of a factory is analyzed. It is reveal that the upstream pumping mechanical seal has a good sealing performance. The upstream pumping mechanical seal bring enormous economic benefits to the enterprise.
