In twentieth Century80time of our country highway began large-scale construction,90years after the completed highway continue to move into larger, the repair period, due to the design life of the asphalt pavement is15-20years, about12%of the asphalt pavement need revision every year.Because our country is still not fully grasp the recycling technology of old asphalt mixture, each year will reach2,200,000tons of old asphalt mixturematerial waste, as can be recycled, will save material cost more than300,000,000Yuan, and each year require revision of pavement is growing at a rate of15%. Therefore, the research and development on recycling technology of old asphalt mixture, is represent the general trend.The thesis is which research of recycling pavement structure and materialfor common main stem road, through researching of recycling pavement structure and materialfor Ri Lan Expressway, research content is as follows(1) According to the research on the design of pavement recycled mixture, the mixture ratio design method of pavement recycled mixture is put forward, then study on basic properties of pavement recycled mixture.(2) In view of the mechanical characteristics of The regeneration layer pavement structure, the major pavement damage and the design indexes.And the axle load conversion, determining the design index of the allowable value, put forward the design method of the regenerated surface pavement structure and its combination.(3) Through the research of the regeneration layer construction technology and quality control system, p ut forward renewable surface construction technology, equipment and quality inspection evaluation standard.(4) Combined with the test section of asphalt pavement overhaul engineering of Rizhao section in Rilan expressway. According to the research results of mixture proportioning design and pavement structure combination design, making the summary of the regeneration layer test road design and paving. Then the analysis and the detection was carried out with the raw materials, mixture, construction quality. of the test road regenerated.
