With the rapid development of road communications, freeways constructed during early age have accessed to maintenance and expansion interval. With the vehicle load and natural environment, service grade of asphalt pavement decreased owing to asphalt aging and aggregate fining and structure changing of asphalt pavement. After a certain age, asphalt pavement need large area repair, even milling-planning and to be rebuilt during the whole section which will generate large amount of waste asphalt mixture. It needs future research on how to recycle resources effectively and improve the utilization rate of waste asphalt mixture. This paper relies on aid talks about expressway overhaul engineering of old asphalt pavement materials, through the investigation and study of properties, plant mix heat recycling applicability. Based on the aging mechanism of asphalt material, the aging process and before and after aging changes in chemical composition analysis, ascertain the asphalt regeneration mechanism, put forward old asphalt regeneration method, determines the economic chat Expressway overhaul engineering of new and old asphalt mixture ratio, and the combination of indoor test, gives the recycled asphalt mixture ratio design method. Through the regeneration of asphalt mixture and new asphalt mixture performance comparison, recycled asphalt mixture pavement performance was evaluated. At the same time, we studied plant mix heat recycling asphalt mixture construction technology and put forward asphalt pavement regeneration construction method suitable for Jiliao expressway. At last, the cost-effectiveness analysis of factory hot regenerated asphalt mixture was given.
