ABSTRACT:In background of the863project, named high-speed EMU series module construction and the key integrated design technology, this paper chose a design of intercity carbody belonged to an EMU produce Company and conducted parametric modeling and analysis.Firstly, the concept of parameter model was explained. Then parameter models of section and the whole body are established through the analysis of structure parameters, performance parameters and interface parameters. And these work provided a reference for series EMU parameter model construction.Section and the whole body structure parameters’ analysis work was carried out by using the finite element simulation software, Hypermesh and Radioss. Through the analysis of structure parameters, influences for strength and rigidity of section and the whole body were concluded, and the key structure parameters were found too.Through researching the whole model, analysis of strength and rigidity were accomplished in three conditions, compressing, reversing and vertical loading. At the same time, vibration modal could be concluded. Then evaluations of the whole vehicle performance were carried out and some structure problems of car body came out.According to the analysis of section and whole body structure parameters, an adaptive design was put forward. By choosing three different models which were separated from each other about the windows and doors, the influence of structure strength and rigidity were found through analysis of different loads, and the influence on vibration modal was put forward while the car became more and more open. At the end, a new model came out which was improved with the air-conditioning location and the chassis structure, and the new model shows significantly improvement in structure performances.
