ABSTRACT:Under the background of low-carbon buildings developing rapidly, residential building in our country are facing the problems of lacking of low-carbon building technology system and uneven during study on the benefit and cost of technology. The author started the study oriented towards establishing a low-carbon residential building technology system which conforms to the requirements of the market.Taking the "11th Five-Year Plan" technical bulletins by the ministry of construction,green building technology classification and evaluation system abroad,the low-carbon residential technology system framework and emission reduction targets by China’s real estate institute housing industry development and technology committee as reference, the author classify the low-carbon technology into greening system, energy supply, building envelope, construction equipment and operations management,18technolgies in total. Under the guidance of system theory, we confirm the the principle of system research as the efficiency first, meanwhile balancing the relationship between benefit and cost. After the detailed study of each technology, we integrated applied the system to the actual case i-Yard, and carries on the analysis and optimization, so as to verify the feasibility and practicability of the system, and proved that the system has certain effect on improving the quality of low-carbon building and a guiding significance to the development of low carbon buildings.
