The project schedule management is an important branch of projectmanagement, deciding whether or not a project successfully completed, and it isdirectly related to the interests of the construction enterprise and reputation. Analytichierarchy process (ahp) is a combination of qualitative analysis method ofcomprehensive evaluation method.It can let decision-makers of complex thoughtprocess be systematic and digitization,so the decision makers more and more loveAHP.Aspects of the project, this method is more applied in engineering project riskanalysis, project operating safety assessment, etc., but rarely used in terms of schedulemanagement.In2012,Osama Moselhi introduced the AHP into the schedulemanagement,considering various factors to compress schedule, and his theory is basedon the results of the questionnaire.This paper, from another point of schedulemanagement was studied by using analytic hierarchy process.It rely on engineeringdata.Yangjiang nuclear power plant emergency facilities, fuel storage and supply center(AJ) project is located in the subtropical. This place is often encounter typhoon, and80%of the time limit for a project is rainy season. it’s engineering quality is veryhigh and construction process is complex,moreover,it require high technical level, andthe days of construction is tight.It is extremely difficult to completion on time with good quality unless it can gainscientific schedule management. Analytic hierarchy process through establishjudgment matrix,combine complex factors that affect the progress of the longitudinaland project management experience. And the project schedule manager will beconfidence in complex progress dynamic management problems,and then correct theprogress dynamic management.In this paper, the author use the analytic hierarchyprocess (ahp) to AJ key project between tank construction project schedulemanagement,solving the tight construction period, rainy season construction problems.ensuring the smooth construction part between tank. Through to the AJ key projectschedule management practice effect between tank, analytic hierarchy process (ahp) is ascientific and reasonable way to schedule management, and the author attempts to thismethod.The main conclusion to is displayed below:1、Solved the management difficult point of AJ key project yangjiang nuclearpower station,such as structural waterproofing construction, earthwork backfill. 2、 Tank construction progress plan has carried on the elaboration, andadjustmented AJ key project between tank construction project Schedule, ensuring thesmooth construction part between tank.3、Introduced the conditional extreme value method to schedule management,and it could reduce energy consumption, management costs,so green construction wasachieved.
