This article is aimed at building long(45 + 75 + 45) m viaduct construction equipment- the diamond hanging basket’s design and analysis for research. Hanging basket as the main equipment of cantilever construction method, in today’s large span bridge construction plays a very important role, and therefore has been more and more widely used.First of all, by carefully analyzing the required viaduct built drawings, obtain the viaduct sections size and the weight of the paragraphs from the drawing, and meanwhile determine the segment of the viaduct concrete construction scheme, in order to provide an important basis and theoretical basis for the next step of the size of the hanging basket design modeling.Secondly, in the deep understanding of the hanging basket equipment on the basis of current situation of the development of both home and abroad, by reference other building and required the use of the diamond hanging basket size parameters of the construction of the viaduct, using SolidWorks software to establish the diamond hanging basket of components, and then assemble the component parts, the general assembly to form a diamond hanging basket, good total assembly on assembly interference, in order to ensure the accuracy of the model.Thirdly, according to the above design steps for components parts, using the ANSYS finite element analysis software for mechanical simulation, if the simulation components mechanical properties can not meet the requirements of construction safety, it returns to modify the model in SolidWorks, until the designed components can meet the requirements of construction safety. After verify the parts meet the requirements, the general assembly of the finite element model is divided into three kinds of working condition of mechanical simulation, the stiffness, strength and stability of the hanging basket is verified to be able to meet the requirements of construction safety.Finally, under the construction safety is satisfied, optimize the structure ofhanging basket, improve the utilization coefficient of hanging basket, in order to reduce the amounts of the hanging basket’s total steel, saving cost, thus, achieve the goal of economy and applicable.In this paper, the diamond hanging basket’s design and finite element simulation analysis, not only to verify the rationality of the design of the hanging basket, but also provides an important theoretical basis and reference for future hanging basket actual production work. At the same time, provides an important reference value for design and analysis to the hanging basket industry.
