The line loss of transmission and distribution network is large in our country, and the lOkV power transmission loss is most serious. The effective way to solve the line loss is reactive power compensation. Now the control strategy for the capacitor switching which is widely used in reactive power compensation device is not reasonable.Capacitor switching oscillation phenomenon is caused, and the quality of line voltage is affected.Therefore, it is necessary for the capacitor switching control strategy of reactive power compensation device to be improved on the basis of absorbing the existing products experience, and the reactive power compensation control performance to be improved.The development of reactive power compensation device has been widely researched. The research status at home and abroad of pole-mounted reactive power compensation device has been summarized in detail. The way of reactive power control has been carefully studied. The location and the capacity of outdoor pole-mounted reactive power compensation device have been discussed in-depth. On this basis, for the shortage of traditional "nine-zone theory" which is used in reactive power compensation, a new type of pole-mounted reactive power compensation device based on fuzzy neural logic has been designed in this thesis. The hardware and software of the device have been designed by the idea of modular. On the hardware side, master control module, signal acquisition and output module, communication module, man-machine interface module, and so on have been designed. On the software side, date acquisition and calculation, switching control, protection, communication and other modules have been designed. At last, the test platform is built, a series of tests and trials in regard to the capacitor switching control have been done on this reactive power compensation device.The device can switch on-off capacitor fast according to the change of circuit state, and no cutting oscillation phenomenon occurred. This device can solve the problem of the large loss of the lOkV transmission line, meet the design requirements.Figures(53),tables(7), references (66)...
