Research On The Location Of Biomass Power Plant

Biomass power generation is the major way to utilize bioenergy. In recent years, the development ofdomestic biomass power generation industry indicates that the shortage of biomass material supply is themain problem of this industry. The root of this problem is the unreasonable location of these biomasspower plant. Because of the difference between domestic and foreign agricultural environment, foreignresearch studies of biomass power plant location are not always suitable for domestic special circumstance.However, most of domestic research studies are empirical. These problems result in that decision makerscan not get one actual solution of the location problem.In this study, location problem is divided into two parts. One part is locational choice and another issite the biomass power plant. Firstly, this study analyse normal construction planning process of biomasspower generation plant and list a series of indicator which influence decision makers. This study build oneindex system by PEST analysis method and AHP. This system include15indicators, then the author giveweights to this index system by Delphi method. Besides, this study build a evaluation model based on theindex system.Secondly, this study analyse the cost in the process of power generation, and select the part whichunder the influence of the address of power plant. This study create a formula for the calculation of thelogistic cost and build a decision-making model of siting the power plant.Lastly, the author select one biomass power plant whose installed capacity is30MW as the case of thisstudy. And solve the location problem in this case by the models which are established in the previouscharpter.
