Desulfurization and denitration transformation of a power Plant is the nationalenvironmental protection and social demands. The thermal power unit entered the stageof environmental protection technology intensive reform in these years, such astransforming low nitrogen burner, increasing SCR denitration unit, removing thedesulfurization bypass baffle and subsequent dust removal, mercury system reforming,etc.After modification, the unit should be adjusted by RB test, and the optimization ofcontrol strategy. RB test is coordinated control system in the process of debugging andoperation of a comprehensive important test items, RB function can not only test thecondition and performance of the CCS and other automatic control systems and theiranti-interference ability, but also adjust and optimize their control circuits and make thethermos-control system work under the best condition, which enables the olad control forthe whole course. For enhancing the efficiency, reduce unnecessary outage has veryimportant significance.The paper analyzes the RB test measures after transforming the environmentalrenovation of600mw unit, mainly includes the typical RB test, single design booster fanRB test and slurry circulating pump full stop RB test, feed water pump RB test. After theunit test showed that environmental renovation of RB can make the unit automaticallyreduce load under the condition of the auxiliary accident trip, and other operationparamenters donot overrun.
