Base On Function Requirement Of Renovation Research For Hakka Traditional Dwellings In Changsha Of Meizhou

The thesis has starting on the change of living and use requirement for chance to improve human settlement,build beautiful countryside,reinforce Hakka settlement development.I think how to diversified use for traditional settlements is the major trend of the renovation.The thesis is focus on the renovation strategy for Hakka settlement in Changsha town of Meizhou.The thesis is aimed at analyze and find some ways to diversified use and pass survey and research most of kinds of Hakka settlement in ChangSha town.Pass talk or interview and questionnaire survey to collect the thinking of local people truly to get what they really wanted.Otherwise collect lots of case study to analyze the ways of diversified use for traditional settlements.Then conclude and classify the database.Then base on above research,to discuss operation ways on the interior space,exterior environment,functional facilities,program implementation.Every part needs base on the requirement and actual situations.Finally through these research I get 5 principle ways,satisfied the needs of modern people,respect local customs,maintain Hakka architectural style and historical traces,inherit Hakka culture and improve the technical system for upgrading.Finally,do it through the principle ways to two program to demonstrate the above study,hope it would be useful references for Hakka settlement research development of Changsha town in Meizhou.
