| At present,most of the construction projects of coal-fired power plants and power plants have not been introduced to the supervision of the equipment,Most of the investment in coal-fired power plants is investment in equipment,Too many and miscellaneous equipment,the system is relatively complex,construction supervision process or equipment manufacturing and other conventional management method can not control the formation process of equipment,The supervision of the equipment system in design,manufacturing,installation and commissioning is not sustainable,There are many shortcomings in the existing way of engineering management,Therefore,it is absolutely necessary to introduce the supervision of equipment into the technical renovation project or the construction project of fire power plant.The main work and results of the paper are as follows:(1)By analyzing the present situation of the project,the characteristics of the electrical equipment engineering in the transformation are putted forward.(2)Through the analysis of the load characteristic and the study of the initial modification plan,Further design optimization is proposed,point out the necessity of supervision of the equipment during the design stage.(3)The problems are discovered through the process of engineering,Pointting out how to use the supervision specification effectively(including increasing the level of witness points,supplementary control points,etc.)to ensure the quality of the equipment engineering.(4)Through the supervision of the work content analysis of the health ring,This paper puts forward that the supervision of equipment should be based on risk thinking,The advance of the gateway has been effectively controlled by the early period.Finally,the paper analyzes the problems in the formation of the electric equipment of the 4x600 MW plant in daihai power,This paper puts forward the necessity of the supervision of electric equipment in the whole process of the project. |
