The New Standard Research Of Project Files Management For Constructing Thermal Power Plant

With rapidly developing of Chinese economy, the demand on electricity is growing,and more and more power plants are constructed. But there is no specific project filemanagement standard for constructing thermal power plant based on internationalstandard excep《tfired-power classification (categories6-9)》over those years.Those filesmanagement staff for constructing fired power plant have to work by using some relatedinternational standards, national standards and other related norms, so That restrictedimproving the level of files management. In general, the project completed files were soincomplete, inaccurate and unsystematic that the quality of projects, safe stable operationand equipment maintenance were effected because there were no specific standards andnorms. In order to improve the level of file management for it, it is necessary to establisha specific project files management standard for constructing thermal power plant.This author formulated a solution to write a new thermal power plant filesmanagement standard framework and classification system by concluding those filesadministrating work in Shenhua Hebei Guohua Dingzhou Power Company Phase2×660MW project in the paper. A new standard named《A Norm of Collecting andAdministrating Project Files for Constructing Fired Power Plant》DL/T241based on thispaper was published. And it enhanced and improved the files management. It’s scientific,accuracy, advanced, operable and available to meet industry needs. Meanwhile it plays arole in promoting and researching in files management for wind power, hydropowerand power transmission.
