Research On Project Management Methods Of Substation Construction

The national economy has developed rapidly and the pace of information andindustrialization has been accelerated since reform and opening up in china. Both ends ofthe electrical engineering are connected to the informationization and industrializationrespectively. The electrical engineering’s achievements and the function in recent yearsare obvious to people. It has made an indelible contribution to the stability andsustainable development of China’s socialist economic construction through improvingproduction technology and productivity. Substation construction project management isthe most important task of guaranting the substation project quality. It includes manyimportant links, such as the project bidding, project design, project electrical, civilengineering construction, engineering quality control, construction safety management,project cost control etc. The overall quality of the substation construction project can beguaranteed fully and the practical interests of society, enterprises and individuals can beprotected as long as each link of the project management is controlled and managed inplace.Firstly,this paper summaries the substation project from the aspects of the substationengineering concept, project management and construction safety.It shows the problemsexisting in the current substation construction project management and ensures thematters that safety construction should be payid attention to. Secondly, this paperdiscusses from the aspects of design, schedule, safety and quality separately about theelectrical engineering construction and civil engineering construction of substationproject.It also shows the importance of coordination construction and cooperationconstruction between them.What’s more,this article analyzes from the managementsystem of electric power engineering list bidding. It dicusses the design of themanagement system and analyzes the risks in the bidding process briefly.In addition, inorder to express the importance of cost control, this article analyzes project cost controlfrom the three aspects which are the substation construction project costcontrolmanagement, reducing the cost channels and the related cost comparison.Finally,it dicusses the substation construction project completion acceptance briefly and putsforward the development prospect ofor substation construction project managementwork.
