With the national economy and people’s growing demand for electricity, power grid hasbecome increasingly difficult to meet the growing demand of the load. The city distribution networkis the main part of electrical power system, and it is one of the most essential foundations in unbanconstruction. As speeding up the planning construction of distribution network configuration andautomation, not only the network reliability, the operation level and the operation benefits cangreatly enhance, but also can improve the quick reaction capability in the breakdown situation aswell as advance the management level and the economic efficiency of the distribution network.The power grid planning is an important part of the supply area in the national economy andsocial development, but also an important part of the power enterprises of their own long-termdevelopment planning, grid planning for grid construction, operation, and power supply protectionis leading and decisive. Therefore, to improve the scientific level of the power grid planningdecisions is a very urgent task for electricity workers.In this paper, according to the actual situation of Bayannaoer Wu Qian Qi High-tech Industrialdistribution network, on the basis of current situation analysis and load forecasting in theBayannaoer Wu Qian Qi High-tech Industrial distribution network, it gives full consideration to thedevelopment of the load and the power supply reliability and power quality requirements, in orderto meet the urban economic growth and the demand of social development, the low voltagedistribution network are scientifically planned, the distribution automation scheme is put forward,after the scheme implemented, it will greatly improve the automation level of Bayannaoer Wu QianQi High-tech Industrial distribution network.
