As professional partners of many domestic electric power company, for customersdemand and specific characteristics in the area of domestic, in line with the national aform of power grids, in line with the convenience of customers, for electricitymanagement principles, after six months of research and experimental development ourcompany developed and produced with the advanced level of prepayment electric energymeter and prepaid management system for selling electricity--multifunctional wirelesselectricity sale system. The realization of residents prepaid card table, agricultural row ofprepaid card table, ordinary meter tariff collection. The user can not out of the village orno District direct payment, greatly facilitates the user pay fees. Mainly uses the APN orVPN network mode, seamless link based and SG186, which reflect the toll collectionpoint real time in SG186, and has good scalability, can support prepaid card table,irrigation table and drainage table multiple types of charges, not only supports all cardmanufacturers in factory original., but also can collecte point charges directly in thesociety of SG186’s new line factory. The characteristics of this project are extensible, lowcost, less maintenance, high safety, and support fee forms.This paper analyzed the characteristics of multifunctional wireless electricity salesystem project to Chengan county power supply company,and reference to thesuccessful evaluation experience of other industries project, consideration from the safetyof the system, maintainability economy practicality and reliability, establishes theevaluative index system of multi function wireless electricity sale system. Then based onthe existing evaluation theory and fuzzy mathematics, propose the evaluation methodmodel to multifunctional wireless electricity sale system, that use AHP to determine theweight of each index, and evaluate it through the multi-level fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method. Finally, the paper evaluates Cheng’an multifunctional wirelesselectricity sale system by established evaluation model, and verifies the evaluation modelis feasibility and effectiveness by analysis and calculation, and that the assessmentconclusion is reasonable, reliable.
