Foundation pit engineering with high-level and super-tall building up urban constructiongradually breaking through the limitations of the region, the environment, the technology, etchas been rapidly developing like wildfire in our country,and the quantity, the scale and thedistribution on the foundation pit engineering have been increasing dramatically. More andmore complex construction environment, innovative construction methods in foundation pitengineering construction units more challenges as well as giving more opportunities, and thefoundation pit construction enterprise mastering advanced management method will stand out.The foundation pit engineering, especially in deep foundation pit engineering, has thecharacteristics of the long construction period and the higher cost with construction, as aresult, in the foundation pit engineering construction enterprise to keep the same type ofconstruction enterprise competitive advantage, it is necessary to choose a kind of advancedmanagement methods of integrated cost and schedule to control.Based on the study of the application based on the earned value method in variousengineering projects, Combined with the use of a foundation pit project, The author made thefollowing research based on the earned value method in foundation pit engineering tointegrate cost and schedule to control:(1)Studying the basic theory of earned value method, combining with the characteristicsof the foundation pit engineering construction, and establishing the project organization andapplication process based on earned value method in foundation pit engineering.(2)Combining with in the practical application of foundation pit engineering projectbased on the earned value method, as a component of deviation analysis comparison of theoverall project and deviation analysis comparison of the foundation pit engineering, researchthe accuracy and the advantages analyzing foundation pit engineering alone with the earnedvalue method, in view of the limitations of the whole project deviation analysis with theearned value method, specific advice is given. In view of the difficulty that the accuracyActual Cost of Work Performed (ACWP) of the basic parameters of the earned value methodcounting and calculating is difficult to guarantee, a feedback mechanism is proposed to verify the accuracy of Actual Cost of Work Performed (ACWP) to ensure the reliability of theActual Cost of Work Performed (ACWP).(3)The cost and schedule control theory based on the earned value method was applied infoundation pit engineering project instances, through which the Application in the practicalfoundation pit engineering application for three months in a row..Illustrate the application ofearned value method in foundation pit engineering project cost and schedule control canobtain good effect, and realize synchronously controlling to cost and schedule of thefoundation pit engineering and dynamic measurement on the operation process, and provethat Earned value method is a practical method to control cost and schedule for control of costand schedule in foundation pit engineering project.
