Recently, with the advancement of legal system in our country, the constructions of thebuilding regulations system in China have obtained rapid development. This providesguarantee to the construction industry, as the same time, it also makes more enterprises arefaced with the challenge of the legal risks. Construction enterprises in China faced legal riskmanagement issues have become more prominent, especially in daily production andmanagement activities, because of the high-risk of production activity, the dispersion ofproduction object, the extension of involving the subjective, the conditionality of markeraccess system and so on. Once legal risks have occurred, the enterprise will be in passive andembarrassing situation. Therefore, our construction enterprises have to be more targeted toimprove risk-prevention capacity.This paper tries to study on project legal risk management problems. Based on theidentification of risk factors, evaluation model based on BP neural network is given. Andtraining and testing the validity of the model, risk coping strategies are presented according tothe risk level.First of all, the paper introduces the basic theory of project legal risk of the constructionenterprise in our country, according to the research status of legal risk management at homeand abroad. And then through reading, learning from other scholars’ research achievements,combining the practical experience, in accordance with construction project’s stages of thepreparation, execution, completion acceptance and maintenance. Using the method of expertinvestigation to effectively identify and organize risk factors, index system of risk research isestablished.Secondly, the legal risk evaluation model is established based on the BP neural network,and through MATLAB to achieve it. Using the data of completed projects to train and test thevalidity of the model, than the five risk levels are made and the measures are given.Finally, in view of project legal risk management problems in the case, the model of theapplication is evaluated, the strategies coping with risk factors are given combined with theactual situation.In summary, this paper provides an actionable, realistic meaning legal risk managementsystem for our construction enterprises, can help improve risk analysis evaluation and controlcapability of our construction enterprises, while also enriching scholars’ research in this field.Therefore, study results of this paper have certain guiding significance to the research andapplications about our construction enterprises’ project legal risk management issues.
