The safety of railway transportation is a necessary requirement to ensure normal productoperations for the China Railways Corporation, it is not only a basic premise to ensurepersonal safety of passengers and each station staff, but also an important guarantee fornormal operation of China’s railway transport product systems and the railway equipment.The safety of railway transportation under the normal circumstances can be guaranteed.However, it is easy to cause carriageway accidents if the fault problem without properhandling under the non-normal circumstances, affecting the safety of railway transport.Therefore, in order to improve the security capabilities of station operation under thenon-normal circumstances, it needs to develop a simulation system of station operation underthe non-normal circumstances.Firstly, this paper analyzes the existing simulation system both at home and abroad ofstation operation under non-normal circumstances, summarizes the deficiencies of theexisting simulation system, puts forward the purpose and significance of this paper, and theresearch significance of the station operation in the CTC centralized model under non-normalcircumstances. By concluding the problems of the station operation and securitycountermeasures under non-normal circumstances, the necessity of developing a simulationsystem of station operation under non-normal circumstances is proposed.Secondly, this paper summarizes all the faults in the process of haring train and shuntingtrain by collecting a large number of stations operating data. The data model is created for allthe faults, and the same or similar fault module is defined based on data model and thesolution. By analyzing fault handling approaches for all fault modules and the contactbetween them, this paper sums up realization logic of all modules and common operating ruleof all kinds of faults. So that it can achieve flexible combinations between all equipmentfaults and other non-normal situations, implement a variety of processing rules, and make thesimulation system can simulate any station.Station operation simulation system under the non-normal circumstance consists of thescene simulation system, the signal training systems and the attendant monitoring system. Themain scene simulation system is used to simulate scene and set fault for signal training systemvia simulating scene, the signal training system receives fault message sent by scenesimulation system and deals with all kinds fault conditions in accordance with the stationoperating standards under the non-normal circumstances, and the attendant monitoring systemcompletes fault settings and monitors timely in the handling processes. Each subsystemdesigns perfect console interface, and exchange information among three subsystems by UDPcommunication technology. SQL Server is used to complete handling data in the database at station operatingsimulation system under non-normal circumstances, and read and store data between theconsole interface and database are realized by IBATIS technology. The equipment faultmodular by system can be divided into five segments, namely signal, loss of indication of aswitch, track circuit, fault combinations and other fault modules. These faulty modules notonly achieve all fault conditions, but also cover the case of two devices occur fault at the sametime.Finally, when the development of station operating simulation system under non-normalcircumstance completes, this paper tests the system detail and consolidates the stability of thesystem, so that it is convenient for system to be used widely in railway bureau. Based on this,this paper analyzes station operations in the mode of emergency control of CTC centralizedtraffic control system, proposes the theory of emergency centralized control mode, andanalyzes the automatic processing logic of equipment fault in the mode of emergencycentralized control by studying the reverse route search algorithm. Thus the automation ofstation operation simulation system can be realized under normal circumstances and certaintype of fault conditions by station operation simulation system.
