For the rapid development of industrial technology, power system, the reliabilityof power distribution system is more important and the intelligent management ofdistribution system is becoming an overall trend. The development of modern industrialtechnology puts forward higher requirements to the reliability and intelligentmanagement of the distribution system. And data acquisition, as the basic part of themanagement for power supply and demand, is considerably significant. Intelligentevolution of is proposing higher requirements to data acquisition system on aspects ofreliability in operating, accuracy in collecting and instantaneity in transmitting. So, thisthesis puts forward a program, data acquisition based on STM32in intelligentdistribution system, which communicates with upper computer. Enhanced32bits chip,STM32F103VCT6, is adopted as the main controller, which uses Cortex-M3as iskernel so that it has high cost efficiency and high running speed.According the actual demand to data acquisition in intelligent distribution system,it provides an integral scheme design for data acquisition system, which is in view ofSTM32F103VCT6and MODBUS protocol. The scheme mainly designed the terminal’shardware and software, both of which apply the modular design, and finally achievedthe goal of real-time collecting, computing, harmonic analyzing, exact transmitting, etc.The main purpose of this paper is improving the instantaneity and reliability of dataacquisition system, by a practical networking technology for the real time colleting andtransmitting of power parameters in distribution system. To improve the accuracy andtransmitting efficiency of the terminal, this thesis makes better use of Fast FourierTransformation(FFT) through conforming its perfect length of data window, which cutsdown the time of FFT conversion. On the basis of further study of MODBUS protocol,it compiles user-defined communicating protocol. Through RS-485bus, the system canmake networking with upper computer to report real time operating information to,solving the problem of low transmitting instantaneity in traditional power monitoringsystem.With the experiments, it shows that this system can realize functions like real timecollecting, processing, displaying, alarming and real time and accurate transmitting.This system does improve the instantaneity and stability of data acquisition, and promotes the improvement of intelligent data acquisition in distribution system.
