Research On The Application Of BIM Technology In The Design Of Green Public Buildings

Large public buildings are important places of public activity, and it is closelyrelated to public service and social management. Currently the requirements of publicbuildings are growing continually. Architectural structure is more complex andscientific and technological content is getting higher. The development trend of publicbuildings makes traditional design methods and ideas face huge challenges, when itsolves the problem of the current public buildings such as high energy consumption,high performance demand, etc. So how to apply new technology and theory toenhance the level of design in the design of public building becomes very necessaryand urgent.Through green building rating standards, green building theories, and buildinginformation modeling (BIM) technology, the article studies the method of applicationof BIM in public building design. The concrete research contents are as follows:Firstly, analysis the green building evaluation system both at home and abroad,and compares the evaluation criteria in the United States Britain and china, andsummarizes the characteristics and focus of the three evaluation criteria; through thestudy of green building design methods and processes, summed up the focus and ideaof the green building design.Secondly, the evaluation criteria of green building as the research object, studiedthe points of BIM technology using in the application of the green buildingassessment. And from the perspective of integration of design and parametric designputs forward the application method of BIM technology in green public buildingdesign. Then from staff composition design platform two aspects and the conceptualdesign, deepen the construction, drawing design three design phase, introduces themethod of BIM technology application in green public building design detailed.Finally, through specific public buildings design case’s design effect such asindoor and outdoor environment, energy saving, material saving, verify the efficiency,rationality and maneuverability of BIM technology application in public buildingdesign.
